The « Bordeaux River Cruise » company is specialized in river-oriented wine-tasting tourism. From Spring to Fall you can make a reservation for half-day or day-long cruises, and embark to discover the Bordeaux vineyards by boat. During the cruise, you will be initiated to a selection of wine from the “Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux” designation. With your "Tasting Pass", visit the famous “Citadelle de Blaye” and meet the 80 winemakers especially there to make you taste their different wines.

Cruise through the Gironde archipelago. Your first halt is on the Margaux island, a traditional winegrowing estate.You will have a second halt on the Patiras island for a "finger-food" lunch, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the view from the top of the lighthouse. Finaly, you will cruise in front of Vauban's impressive defensive works.
Board for a cruise discovering the vineyards and the cultural heritage of the right side of Gironde Estuary. A tasting of food and wine is followed by an underground tour of the Vauban fortress in Blaye. Then travel by coach along the picturesque riverbank to Bourg, a one-of-a-kind village overlooking the Dordogne River. On the way back you will stop to visit a winegrowing estate.
A unique wine tour, firstly by coach to the Médoc wine castles route, then returning by boat up the Gironde Estuary. After a visit of a wine estate, you will board at Fort-Médoc, a Vauban fortress listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, to return to Bordeaux.
